NO WARRANTY ON STOPPAGES: Central Florida Stoppage Solution LLC. (CFSS) is not responsible for any sewer cables that may become lodged or broken in sewer system. We don't know what is in the line. If any sewer cables break or lodge in any part of the sewer system or tank, the owner is to pay (CFSS) hourly to remove the cable plus the cost of broken cable. 

 

Parts Warranty: All Central Florida Stoppage Solution LLC. parts are limited only to giving credit as per manufacturer terms and conditions. Any restocking fees owner must pay (CFSS) all cost.

 

Labor warranty: The labor charge as recorded here relative to the service offered as noted is guaranteed for a period of 30 days. (CFSS) do not guarantee anything other than the services we provide. If repair later becomes necessary due to other parts, structure, or property conditions, they will be charged separately. For any warranty the customer must notify in writing with attached pictures to Central Florida Stoppage Solution LLC. within (10) days.  

 

Cancellation policy:

If the customer would like to cancel a coordinated appointment for any reason. Must cancel within 12 hours prior to the time frame appointment. Any cancelation in the 11-hour window before the time frame will have a fee of $69.00. Customers can contact our dispatch (689) 226-1169 at any time to let us know about the cancelation or leave a message if the operator is not available.

 

All returned checks must be paid in full in (3) days plus a $100.00 banking fee. If not paid in full within proposal terms or upon completion, the customer agrees that all collection costs, attorney fees, court costs, administrative proceeding costs, small claims court costs, etc. will be paid by customer plus 18% interest or max allowed by Florida Law from due date on bad check or any unpaid monies due. If taken to any Small Claims Court or other Court, the customer will pay all collection costs. If the customer is not on site, you as customer waive your right not to pay.
